We book your tickets based on the best seat principle. You choose the category you want and we book the best available seats. Seats are usually next to each other. If this cannot be booked, we will contact you before booking.
Admission begins at 7 p.m., and the public can then stroll through the spectacular tropical hall without any pushing and shoving or enjoy a short boat ride (included in the price!).
If you wish, you can also take a journey through Asian cuisine at the Patakan restaurant (not included in the ticket price).
The program always starts at 8:30 p.m. in Gondwanaland's Mekong event space. This is how summer is fun!
On-site pick-up:
For events that take place in our building, you have the opportunity to deposit your tickets with us and pick them up during our opening hours.

Mailing (at selected events): €3.95 shipping via DP letter, not insured.
DHL package: €6.50 shipping with DHL parcel Din A5 envelope, insured with DHL tracking
