A marriage in nine sessions - Nick Hornby's "Nobody told you to move out"
They are a well-rehearsed team. A married couple in life and now also on stage.
This year they stepped onto the stage together for the first time. The programme included a reading from Nick Hornby's "Nobody said you had to move out". For the couple Tom and Louise, their long-term marriage meant the world, but it has now reached a dead end. With the help of therapy they want to get closer again and from now on they meet in the pub opposite before every session. They try to find out what has been forgotten, repressed or kept secret all these years. In emotional dialogues they admit to hurt and neglect and try to regain trust with the help of open and respectful communication and mutual understanding. After all, love has remained.
With the incomparable humor of the author Hornby and a look at likeable antiheroes, Liefers and Loos play a completely normal married couple for over 2 hours including a short break. The two well-known and popular actors quickly developed a production from a reading and delighted sold-out audiences. They can still laugh together and the audience enthusiastically emulates this in many places, as in the previous guest performances in Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Dresden. The response was overwhelming, the demand for tickets unbroken, which prompted Loos and Liefers to continue this successful tour in 2025!
