The Bouvier-Sauvage family looks back proudly on a long aristocratic lineage. When the only daughter announces that she wants to marry the son of a simple Peugeot dealer, there is little enthusiasm. When the future in-laws meet for the first time at the noble family's château, both sides quickly realize that they are not only divided by their wine and car preferences, but by worlds. To make matters worse, the bride and groom surprise their parents with DNA tests that reveal more about the ancestry of those present! Oh la la, now the mood threatens to completely turn sour, because the results turn out to be an explosive powder keg that threatens to topple many a family tree and call off the wedding.
