When the irrigation system is running at full speed, the lawn tractor is doing its rounds, the horses are pawing the ground and thousands of Leipzig residents are getting dressed up, then it is time to get ready for the Leipzig Scheibenholz! May 1st is a cult event and has been a fixture in Leipzig’s event calendar for over 50 years. Exciting horse races, the great AOK Plus-Kinderland “For the Love of Health” and numerous catering stands invite you to stroll, linger, bet and cheer from 12 noon.
On June 27th Scheibenholz invites you on a Friday evening to Party race dayFor the after-work special, the thoroughbreds will not start until around 5:30 p.m. and will do their laps in the evening sun. After six exciting races, Scheibenholz invites you to the after-race party. We promise a unique summer evening with exciting galloping decisions and a party atmosphere!
