The “Godfather of Punk” is coming back to Germany in 2025 for five exclusive concerts

The legendary rocker and one of the most influential artists in music history will return to Germany in the summer of 2025. The "Godfather of Punk" announces five exclusive open-air concerts that will take him to Hamburg (June 17), Berlin (June 19), Halle an der Saale (June 21), Munich (June 24) and Cologne (July 1).
Iggy Pop has revolutionized the music landscape with his band The Stooges and as a solo artist. Albums such as The Stooges, Funhouse and Raw Power are considered milestones in rock history, while his solo albums such as Lust For Life and The Idiot have achieved cult status. In 2023, Iggy Pop released his highly anticipated album EVERY LOSER, which testifies to his unwavering drive to keep creating something new.
After his celebrated return with the album Post Pop Depression and numerous awards, including the GRAMMY Lifetime Achievement Award and the Polar Music Prize, Iggy Pop continues to show his unbroken passion for music. In 2025, his fans in Germany will have the unique opportunity to experience the rock veteran live and celebrate with him the wild energy and creativity that has characterized him since the early 70s. His return to Germany promises another unforgettable chapter in his career spanning over 50 years.
