Juli - 20 JAHRE „ES IST JULI“

With their debut single "Perfekte Welle", released in 2004, Juli entered the German single charts and received their first gold record a little later. A remarkable initial success, which the formation followed up with more than 1.5 million units of their gold and platinum-certified albums sold - and currently inspires almost a million monthly Spotify listeners. Although almost two decades have passed since the release of their first single, Juli songs can still be recognized immediately from the first notes played: What remains is the euphoric bittersweetness, the familiar nostalgic infatuation and the inexhaustible energy with which singer Eva Briegel, guitarists Simon Triebel and Jonas Pfetzing, bassist Andreas Herde and drummer Marcel Römer sweep their audience away.

In 2023, the band's fifth album was released and garnered a lot of love, great reviews and space in the country's arts pages. It had been 9 years since the band had released an album and been on tour. It was hard to know what to expect, but the fans' reaction was euphoric and the "July feeling" was about to hit the country again.
