Max Raabe loves animals. In his song “Hummel” he dreams of their world, wants to put biscuits in the kangaroos’ pouches, or cut down trees with beavers in certain places. But his thoughts also revolve around the effects of autocorrect (“Back to the beginning”), riding a bike, or – as we all know – the perfect moment that is missed.
