For more than 40 years applies Wolfgang Niedecken's BAP both as a real rock institution in the German music scene - and as an inexplicable phenomenon. The band, singing in the Cologne dialect, delights fans all over Germany, even in German-speaking countries and thus far beyond the borders of the Rhineland. Celebrates successes that were not thought possible, astonishes the media and critics and, as a matter of course, overturns many of the golden rules of the music business. They apply "in the early eighties (as) pop stars of sheer incredible size” (Rolling Stone / 2023) and their songs have had a lasting impact on people's taste in music, especially in this decade. Hits like "It’s been a long time,” “Kristallnaach” or of course “It can be magic” burn themselves irrevocably into the ears and hearts of their fans. In 2024, BAP on a musical TIME TRAVEL, where she will play all the songs from the two double platinum albums from 81/82 as part of the tour of the same name through Germany, Switzerland and the Benelux countries, with which she became known nationwide and which have been at the top of the fans' wish list ever since.
