With a new album in their luggage, the band is now preparing to embark on their next tour through Germany.
Buntspecht are a thrilling live band; anyone who has seen them once will never forget it. Almost every one of their songs opens up a new universe, points in a different direction, but all together they form a unity, a homogenous work in an almost magical way. Buntspecht manages to create a harmonious whole from the multitude of their influences and thus a magically sumptuous indie chamber pop sound. Nobody sounds like Buntspecht at the moment.
