The box office in our venue opens 2 hours before the concert begins and usually closes 15 minutes after the event begins.

You can reach us by public transport: Tram lines 3, 4, 7, 8, 15, stop Waldplatz/Arena

Free parking is available while purchasing a ticket.

ARENA TICKET uses applications from Zoho Corporation GmbH to manage its customer information, CRM, and marketing activities. The implemented CRM system for the ARENA TICKET brand is co-financed by European Union funds and tax revenue based on the budget approved by the Saxon State Parliament.

For events taking place in our building, you have the option of depositing your tickets with us and picking them up during our opening hours.

Shipping within Germany:
Mailing (for selected events): 3.95 € shipping via DP letter, not insured.
DHL package: €6.90 shipping via DHL Parcel (DIN A5 envelope), insured with DHL tracking
