Mr. Schröder is back! The state-certified German teacher has been on tour with his new solo “Instagrammatik – The Streaming Classroom” since autumn 2020.
A lot has changed at the Helene Fischer Comprehensive School since then: the media van has Netflix, the school books are available as a podcast and bedridden students are connected via live stream. In addition, Fridays are now always free - #klasseklima. The shortage of teachers is being compensated for by YouTube tutorials: a resocialization program with better exam results than ever before - the cultural mystery is at a loss.
Although everything is new, some things have of course remained the same. The copier reports a paper jam without an emergency exit, the single-celled organisms mate in the blackboard sponge and there is chalk dust on the “Effi Briest” reading pile. “Frankfurt/Oder” is still a reassuring decision for Justin, the class leader, and the sports teacher remains a dear, dear colleague: Zodiac sign Nicht-Bock, in the ascendant Großer Mattenwagen.
In order to meet Mr. Schröder where he is, his 12a set up an Instagram account for him. The most important school policy questions are discussed here at # Correctionensohn2.0: When will there finally be video evidence in the classroom? What does Mr. Schröder do at the young teachers’ get-together? And does he really sing “Breathlessly through G8” at the end of the hour?
Visit and look forward to a double hour of detention deluxe. But don't worry: None of this is relevant to the exam and if you work well, Mr. Schröder will finish 5 minutes early.
