The band HERRENMAGAZIN has been enriching not only the Hamburg music scene for 10 years now.
Founded in the turmoil of the winter of 2004, the band released their first EP “I have lost myself these days” in 2005, initially on their own.
The next step came in 2008. The Berlin label Motor Music signed the band and the celebrated debut album “Atzelgift” (2008) was released, followed by the second album “Das wird alles einmal Dir gehört” (That will all be yours once) in 2010.
The Hamburg School had found an answer to a question that had never been asked. Men's magazines were fresh, new and blessed with good humor, but they wrote texts that were so deeply sad and beautiful that even the established top dogs had to pay tribute.
From then on, the band became an integral part of the German music scene.
In 2013, the third album “Das ergebnis würde Stille” was released and opened a new door. In 2019, the band celebrated the 11th anniversary of their debut album with an almost sold-out tour of Germany.
