“A Carpendale concert is just the opposite of what you expect,” says Howard, and that he doesn't like giving the audience just what they expect. And what happens after 2024 when he has passed this new challenge? Howard smiles at this question: “You don’t want to hear me say that this is my farewell tour – I did that a few years ago. But seriously: Of course, at my age, you always have to assume that every new activity will also be your last."
