From wall stickers to motto shirts: there are countless feel-good messages like this. If only it were that easy! We all want to be happy, but who actually manages it? With her new program HAPPY. Mirja Regensburg promises: Together we can do it - and it will be great fun!
In her show we get to know the strangest people in the world: ourselves! We will find out who makes it most difficult for us to be happy. (Spoiler: It is rarely "the others".) On her path to happiness, Mirja tells us about the most everyday situations that we all find ourselves in. Maybe sometimes it is just a question of perspective: do I get annoyed when my partner's socks are "strewn around" everywhere or am I just happy that he is still here? Is my glass half full, half empty or am I a bottle baby? What makes us HAPPY anyway? Family, money, sport, a new Harley or shoes and chocolate?
No grumpy person is safe from Mirja. An evening with the "wonderful chatterbox with her heart on her sleeve" (her fans' exact words) recharges our good mood batteries!
