Crime concert with a twist!

Saxony's most clever widow, Ilse Bähnert, investigates a piquant murder case! And she sings her way through the hit crime film music of the past decades.

In addition to Ilse Bähnert, the cast includes: Inspector Manfred Strietzel, Chief Inspector Johannes Bücklich-Bömmler, confectioner Gränzel and the mysterious Russian Malakoff. Tom Pauls gives all five characters an unmistakable face - and of course an unmistakable voice.

The tricky case: Ilse Bähnert's favorite baker is found dead in his bakery. Valuable old cake recipes are missing. The police seem to be in the dark. So the sprightly pensioner takes the initiative herself and soon proves to be Saxony's worthy answer to Miss Marple. The story for the crime concert is based on the novel "Ilse Bähnert jagt Doktor Nu" by Tom Pauls and Mario Süßenguth.
