We book your tickets based on the best seat principle. You choose the category you want and we book the best available seats. Seats are usually next to each other. If this cannot be booked, we will contact you before booking.

Discounts Received: Pupils, students, trainees, pensioners, Leipzig Pass holders, severely disabled people and wheelchair users (upon presentation of the relevant proof)
Child: Children aged 6-16 years
Children under 6 years of age receive free entry (no seat required)
Please note: On the day of the match, electronic access control is carried out at the entrance to the hall, so if you have discounted tickets, you must carry the relevant authorization card with you and show it upon request.
BOX OFFICE
Remaining tickets can be purchased, depending on availability, at the box office. This opens 1.5 hours before the start of the game at the ticket shop of the QUARTERBACK Immobilien ARENA.
On-site pick-up:
For events that take place in our building, you have the opportunity to deposit your tickets with us and pick them up during our opening hours.
Shipping within Germany:
Mailing (at selected events): €3.95 shipping via DP letter, not insured.
DHL package: €6.50 shipping with DHL parcel Din A5 envelope, insured with DHL tracking
