The box office in our venue opens 2 hours before the concert begins and usually closes 15 minutes after the event begins.

A limited number of paid parking spaces are available at the arena.

Please transfer directly to our bank account. Please use the order number as the reference. Your order will only be shipped once the funds have been received in our account.

On-site pick-up:
For events taking place in our building, you have the option of depositing your tickets with us and picking them up during our opening hours.

Shipping within Germany:
Mailing (for selected events): 3.95 € shipping via DP letter, not insured.
DHL package: 6,50 € Shipping with DHL parcel Din A5 envelope, insured with DHL tracking
