The multi-award-winning East German stand-up comedian Ingmar Stadelmann has been touring Germany for 10 years. With his solo shows "What's wrong with people?", "#humorphob", "Fressefreiheit" and "Verschissmus" he has sharpened his attitudes and his jokes and thrilled audiences.<\/p>\n

From a little Ossi boy to a bitter urban satirist \u2013 this rare phenomenon in the German comedy landscape reflects the broad spectrum of its topics.<\/p>\n

It all began in the Altmark province in Saxony-Anhalt, more precisely in Salzwedel, where he was born and grew up. Here, nudism and rebelliousness shaped his unconditional desire to make a point and turned him into a "real show-off" (G\u00f6ttinger Tageblatt). Inevitably, he was driven to the den of iniquity that is Berlin, where he now lives, works and feeds his programs and successes with urban absurdities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
