Als eine der innovativsten Elektronik-Bands der letzten f\u00fcnfzig Jahre hat Tangerine Dream mehr als 150 Alben ver\u00f6ffentlicht, sieben GRAMMY-Nominierungen erhalten und unz\u00e4hlige andere K\u00fcnstler beeinflusst. Sie haben zahlreiche Studio- und Live-Aufnahmen ver\u00f6ffentlicht und unter anderem mit dem franz\u00f6sischen Elektronikmusiker Jean-Michel Jarre und dem deutschen Musiker, Komponisten und Produzenten Klaus Schulze zusammengearbeitet.<\/p>\n
Zusammengearbeitet haben Sie auch mit der New Yorker Spielefirma Rockstar, f\u00fcr dessen weltweit bekanntes Computersp\u00edel GTA V (Grand Theft Auto V) sie die Musik komponiert haben und daf\u00fcr im Jahr 2013 mit dem amerikanischen VGX Preis f\u00fcr den \"Besten Soundtrack\" ausgezeichnet wurden.
\nGro\u00dfe Aufmerksamkeit fand die Band bei ihren Fans durch ihre zahlreichen Hollywood-Filmsoundtracks (Risky Business, Sorcerer, Legend, Zoning) sowie f\u00fcr die deutsche Krimiserie TATORT und die Musik f\u00fcr Dokumentarfilme.<\/p>\n
Im Laufe der Jahre wurde ihre Musik als surrealer Krautrock, New Age, Ambient, cineastische und progressive Elektronik mit einem sich st\u00e4ndig weiterentwickelnden Sound beschrieben.
\nDie Band wurde 1967 in Berlin von Edgar Froese gegr\u00fcndet, der 2015 verstorben ist und den Stab an seinen langj\u00e4hrigen Musikerkollegen Thorsten Quaeschning weitergegeben hat. . Die aktuelle Besetzung besteht aus Thorsten Quaeschning, Hoshiko Yamane und Paul Frick.<\/p>\n
Zu ihrem Konzert in Halle pr\u00e4sentiert T A N G E R I N E D R E A M neben neuen Studio Album Kompositionen auch alte und ganz alte, weltweit bekannte St\u00fccke sowie Ausz\u00fcge aus ihrem bahnbrechenden Album \u201ePhaedra\u201c von 1974.
