Jeffrey Lebowski aka "Der Dude" (Jeff Bridges) ist ein ewiger Hippie, dessen einzige Beschäftigung das Bowlingspielen ist - ein Hobby, dem er zusammen mit seinen Kumpels Walter (John Goodman) und Donny (Steve Buscemi) nachgeht. Als er eines Tages durch eine Verwechslung mit einem Multimillionär gleichen Namens Bekanntschaft mit ein paar unflätigen Kriminellen macht, wird der „Dude“ sauer. Schließlich wurde unter anderem auf seinen Lieblingsteppich uriniert. Also fordert er von dem Multimillionär für das ihm getane Unrecht eine Ersatzleistung, doch hier beißt er auf Granit. Stattdessen wird er in ein absurdes Abenteuer gerissen, als die Frau des wohlhabenden Namensvetters entführt wird. Der „Dude“ soll sich um die Übergabe des Lösegeldes kümmern, weil es sich vermutlich um dieselben Typen handelt, die ihn mit dem Multimillionär verwechselt hatten.

The box office in our venue opens 2 hours before the concert begins and usually closes 15 minutes after the event begins.
