From March 2024, Joja Wendt, Germany's live pianist with the most audiences, will be touring with his new program. "Play quietly!" is a biographical live show in its most virtuosic and charming form. On his new tour, Joja Wendt will present piano art and entertainment at a world-class level, but he certainly won't do that: play quietly! At a total of twelve concerts throughout Germany, Joja Wendt reveals why this sentence has accompanied him throughout his life and why it was good not to listen to it.

The audience can expect a multifaceted live program with new songs and arrangements of his own across all genres and styles, which lead to magical places and tell of unique encounters: With his interpretation of "Rhapsody in Blue", Joja Wendt takes his guests to the most seedy dive bar in New Orleans and with "Summer" by Vivaldi he shows that classics can also rock. Joja Wendt interprets Schubert's Impromptu in his unique creative style and with "Johnny B. Goode" by Chuck Berry he recalls the concerts he played with the legend of rock 'n' roll.
