The box office in our venue opens 2 hours before the concert begins and usually closes 15 minutes after the event begins.

A limited number of paid parking spaces are available at the arena.

On-site pick-up:
For events taking place in our building, you have the option of depositing your tickets with us and picking them up during our opening hours.

DHL package: 6,50 € Shipping with DHL parcel Din A5 envelope, insured with DHL tracking
