Maren Kroymann - In my sixties Tour 2025

Many people take their 60th birthday as an opportunity to look back on their lives with sadness and disillusionment. Not so the actress and cabaret artist Maren Kroymann, whose career is currently really taking off. She shows us that revolution and emancipation ultimately have an effect even in old age, like a fresh cell therapy with a depot function.
In her program "In my Sixties" she devotes herself to the music of the 60s with an unadulterated view, uninhibited enthusiasm and fresh interest on the occasion of her personal anniversary "50 years of puberty". This music triggered unheard-of feelings: first sexual desire, the desire for devotion, for lightness, for liberation. The songs promised a life that could be more colorful, wilder and more beautiful than that of the parents' generation with their rigid moral values.
In this program, the gifted singer Maren Kroymann works her way through the musical gems of the 60s as well as the ideological rubble with enthusiasm and wit. She is particularly taken with the wonderful Dusty Springfield, with her powerful voice, which expressed a female strength that was only just beginning to emerge in society.
